Due to the perishable and customized nature of our cakes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
