Delivery
At The Cake Time, customers are always first and we have a very friendly delivery policy.
All cakes are categorized into Xpress which is 2 hour delivery, Signature which is 4 hour delivery. Do book based on your requirements
All COD orders are confirmed via phone/mail post order placement and will be processed only after confirmation from the customer.
We reserve the right to charge any additional delivery charges if the address is changed post order is placed, if re-attempts for delivery are made due to your unavailability or if any delivery charge is not levied where applicable due to technical glitches.

We also reserve the right to cancel your order if :
•⁠ ⁠We cannot reach you to confirm the order due to wrong email/phone number or non responsiveness.
•⁠ ⁠The delivery address provided by you is not serviceable or incorrect.
•⁠ ⁠Unavailability of the items ordered.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Policy

Return policy:
Returns/replacements can be done if you are not happy with the purchase due to delivery/quality issues. While we strive to deliver within the slot mentioned, delays may occur due to external factors including weather, traffic and we will not process a cancellation/refund unless the delay is inordinate. We request to check the cake upon delivery and return immediately for any damages. Any damage concerns post delivery will not be accepted as we cannot conclude as to where the error occurred including handling and storage. Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and will be credited within 3 – 7 working days depending on the mode of payment.
